My goal as a practitioner of Natural/Oriental Medicine is to bring the patient's body back into balance. Each and every patient is treated according to her/his condition in an effective and personalized manner. Spending time with each patient is an important part of providing healing services.
The first visit entails a comprehensive medical intake and exam to assess the issues of the patient. I explain how the acupuncture treatment evolves, provide a treatment plan and offer answers to patient questions. The total time is about 90 minutes. Follow-up appointments last 45-60 minutes.
Many of us have a natural instinct to heal- when your child is hurt, you put your hands on them as a source of comfort and also healing. My inspiration was to cultivate this and become a healer on all levels, not just physical. It is a joy to give as well as to receive.
