I believe sexuality is our birthright. I believe sexuality is our life force that allows us to live into our greatest expression. It allows us to love and honor self, so that we may also love and connect with others. I believe that when our sexuality is truly owned and honored, and is freely flowing throughout our body and life, that we have the capacity to regulate our nervous system so that we can be calm when we need to be calm, and engaged and activated when we desire to take action! I believe we should all know our anatomy, and that of our lovers.
