About me
About me
I was born and raised in Wyoming and moved to Colorado almost ten years ago. My family and friends are important to me and I spend as much time with them as I can. I became interested in nutrition at a young age. I read nutrition labels every time my mom took me to the grocery store and caused our trips to the store to take much longer by reading the labels. Now, I know there is more to nutrition than reading labels. Some people thrive on one way of eating while others may not.
