About me
About me
I have a BA in Psychology and an MA in Clinical Psychology, a two year program specifically designed to produce front line practitioners. I have been licensed as a professional since 1975. I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, trained in the application of the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), the Havening Technique and a process that is an evolution of EMDR called Brain Spotting. I am HeartMath Certified Practitioner for addressing stress, anxiety and self-regulation. I attend a minimum of 40 hours of continuing education annually.
