About me
Hi! Thanks for stopping by! My name is Courtney and I'm a Certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach with a passion for Postpartum/Motherhood health and Ketogenic living. I'm a mom of two little ladies ages 3 and 6. These tiny powerhouses keep me very busy. So busy in fact that I took a 5 year hiatus from Coaching to be a Stay at Home Mom. During that time I kept up on my love of healthy living by practicing my coaching on myself! With hard work I was able to reclaim who I was and find a sense of balance that is so often lost after having children.
