About me
As much as we hate to admit it, life is messy. It is normal to go through periods of feeling "stuck," and even lost, unsure of our footing and what our purpose is. So often, we spend much of our lives putting others' needs first, until we realize that we have completely neglected our own. We can end up miserable and resentful. We know that it's up to us to change, but how?
I work closely with women on an individual basis who are struggling. Whether it is with their bodies, their mental health, or both.
