About me
The field of health and wellness has been my world for over 25 years, working as an educator, coach and healer. I am a member of the Complementary Therapists Accredited Association and the International Association of Therapists, serving as an Integrative Wellness Professional, Holistic EFT Practitioner and Reiki Master.
My work has evolved exponentially, and taken me on many paths- personally, academically and professionally. My on-ramp to discovering my passion was a hybrid of fitness, nutrition and creative arts.
