About me
When I was doing just massage therapy, it was rare to see anyone experience lasting relief. Now that I use Myofascial Release as my primary modality, almost everyone experiences some long term pain relief.
I like to describe Myofascial Release as a slow motion, deep tissue massage. Fascia is the connective tissue that holds everything in place and is naturally tremendously strong. So if you try to force it, you lose.
