About me
About me
I am a Mother of 6 (5 daughters and 1 son). I lost one of my daughters to addiction - she overdosed on fentanyl. My training and upbringing is what pulled me through my grief and continues to pull me through. My Mother was an alternative health practitioner after she retired from conventional medicine. We were brought up on naturopathic - holistic care while growing up. My Mother taught me everything that she knew about holistic healing. From Ayurvedic to Reflexology and everything in between. In my teens, I had a very traumatic experience and for many years could not let it go.
