About me
Hello I am Dalia, a Holistic Health Practitioner/Nutritionist and Coach from Los Angeles. I grew up being very active playing sports as a child, and into my adulthood working out became very inconsistent. I would eat whatever I want until I turned 30 and knew my body was going to start changing. I ended up consistently going to the gym for a good year, before deciding I needed to change my diet in order for me to see more defining changes in my body. I began reading all about health, wellness, and fitness and I am still reading about it all.
