About me
Ayurveda is an ancient healing modality that enhances vitality on many levels. It brings good health by restoring the body, mind, and spirit to balance. When doshas (our unique blend of physical, emotional, and mental characteristics) are in balance, we thrive in other aspects of our lives and receive more effective energy healing. When we are out of balance, we are susceptible to disease, discomfort, and an array of symptoms.
