"About Danielle Urtnowski-Zimbicki, Your Holistic Health Coach

As a Certified Health Coach, personal trainer, iridologist, and retired Navy Reservist Corpsman with a Bachelor's of Science in Alternative Medicine and a dual Master's in Human Movement and Sports Nutrition, I have the knowledge and experience to help you transform your life. Over the years, I have coached more than 300,000 people and developed a complete transformation plan for women to feel Simply Irresistible in all aspects of their lives.

I understand the struggles women face, as I was one of the one in 10 women in the United States who suffered from polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Eight years ago, I experienced a life-altering crash that left me feeling unhappy, unattractive, and lacking confidence. Through personal introspection and utilizing my expertise in the human body, nutrition, exercise, and hormones, I regained my power, rediscovered my purpose, and realigned with my strengths.

Now, my mission is to guide women struggling with their bodies, relationships, hormones, and health concerns to a place of empowerment and balance. Together, we will design a personalized plan based on your specific goals, challenges, and desired outcomes. We can explore advanced protocols such as blood labs, bio-mechanics, and traditional holistic sciences like Iridology & Regenerative Detoxification to help you regain your health and happiness.
