About me
About me
My name is Dave DeCoursey and I'm a certified Life Mastery Consultant with the Life Mastery Institute. I'm also a health and fitness coach with Team Beachbody and a NASM certified personal trainer with a Senior Fitness Specialist and a Weight Loss Specialist add-ons.
I spent most of my life working in the computer field, working through the ranks of operator, programmer, becoming a database administrator before the personal computer boom hit. I then became a software engineer on the Macintosh. I ended my career in IT support for a small company.
