About me
About me
I am a conflict weenie.... well, I was. I'm a mediator now, and a conflict management coach. As the saying goes, "if I had known then what I know now." After I retired from a government job, I set out to learn how to do conflict better, with the goal of helping others do conflict better. Some level of conflict is inherent in so many aspects of life, and figuring out how to stay calm and be aware of our physiological reaction as well as what's happening in our thoughts while in life's storms is indeed liberating.
