About me
About me
My early Career was Teaching, Coaching and doing Choreography in Modern and Ballroom Dance. The many injuries I experienced as a dancer made me curious about more effective training and therapy for dancers. I obtained my Masters in Movement Studies from Teachers College, Columbia in 1984. I worked as an HIV counselor for 8 yrs because of how the epidemic infiltrated the dance world. I then obtained my Massage License through the Swedish Institute, and returned to working with individuals on becoming more comfortable in their bodies. I have been in private practice since 2000.
