The Dream Coach
Dream-Life Coach
Nothing good happens in our lives unless and until we face ourselves, and truly believe that we are uniquely special and worthy of deep and unconditional self love. I believe our dreams are the best and most effective way of rediscovering who we really are, which is why I'm committed to helping my clients in my work as a Dream-Life Coach. I work one-on-one with my clients, first helping them remember and understand their dreams and then use that knowledge to find solutions to overcoming the self-limiting beliefs that are keeping them from achieving their goals. I've been a coach for nearly five years and in that time have seen people change careers, write books, improve their interpersonal relationships and break through self-imposed blocks with newfound awareness, confidence, and unconditional love and joy.
Dream-Life Coaching is my "third" career and it all came about because of a dream. . I wrote about it in the book "Chicken Soup for the Soul: Dreams and Premonitions" if you want the details. I was very quiet and shy and hid myself from the world. The dream showed me that this did not serve me and if I wanted to make a meaningful change in my life I had to break out of my shell and let others into my life. This led to a breakthrough that enabled me to be more self-expressive and happier. I thought that if a dream could have this profound effect on me, I had to make my new mission to share this knowledge with others who felt stuck and unclear about their lives.
Before the first visit, I have my clients fill out an intake form, to understand who they are and want they want to achieve. At our first talk, I start out with a guided meditation to get them feeling relaxed and comfortable about sharing. I also work with energy and check their energy levels both at the start and end of the session. Everyone has left their first and subsequent sessions with higher energy levels, making them feel clear headed and ready to take on the rest of their day.
We spend a third of our lives sleeping and we dream every night, whether we remember our dreams or not. The great dream master Jeremy Taylor said it best: "All dreams reflect inborn creativity and ability to face and solve life's problems." Who wouldn't want to learn how to tap into all that knowledge that dreams give us every night? Once you learn how to understand your dreams you have a lifetime tool to use whenever you need a solution to a problem that only your subconscious can give you.
