About me
About me
I started over 20 years ago to learn coaching so I would have the tools for myself as I sought to resolve a 7-year divorce and be the best mom possible to my two children.
Along the way I became fascinated with the change process itself; where, why, and how we can get tripped up and miss the goals we seek.
I was fortunate to study a form of coaching that utilizes a holistic approach; mind, body, heart and spirit coupled with accelerated transformation techniques.
