About me
About me
Before I began studying Craniosacral therapy my background had been in teaching yoga and offering yoga therapy. When my son was about 8 years old he began to receive craniosacral therapy and I would sit in the treatment room so he felt comfortable. I began to notice that I was beginning to experience what he was feeling in his session. I later began receiving sessions and found that it had a profound effect on me on all levels. Over time I realized this was something I wanted to learn and offer to clients and help them feel better.
