About me
About me
I have a BS in Human Development from Cornell University and and MS in Applied Physiology and Nutrition from Columbia University. I completed my dietetic internship in 2000 and I am a registered dietitian (RD). Because I believe in an individual approach to health, I became certified in functional medicine. Additionally, I am a personal trainer, since I believe optimal health combines diet, exercise and lifestyle changes.
