About me
About me
Above all else, I'm a helper first. In 2016 I received my masters in clinical mental health counseling, and quickly found that traditional talk therapy wasn't for me. Soon after I moved cross country to Portland Oregon, and was forced to reexamine my life through the lens of minimalism and the konmari method. I started by examining my belongings, my path continued into the ingredients in products I used, companies I supported, and educating myself on the zero waste movement. I call this process intentional living.
