About me
About me
As a Baby Boomer, and a child of the 60s, I have always been an idealist who believes in the inherent good in people and always strives to support individual work that we do to become our best selves. I have also found that each of us come into this life with a set of challenges and lessons, but we also come with a tool box to deal with them. Unfortunately, we have to figure out the tools and how to use them, and that requires focus on ourselves as beings.
I was raised in a very traditional family, with lots of drama under the surface that I thought was normal for everyone.
