When most of my friends were retired, or planning to retire, I decided to become a Health Coach, and it was my own diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes that inspired me to take a huge leap of faith and enroll in the Health Coach Institute. I finally found my true purpose!
I have years of experience working in the corporate world, but I am so passionate about helping diabetics gain control of their health that I've made it my mission to help others prevent this disease. I'm proud to be a certified TCM Mastery Health Coach and certified Life Coach.
