About me
About me
I spent much of my life working in the corporate world, working under extreme stress and deadlines. in 2015 I began the journey of finding ways to take care of myself and finding ways to work through the stress of my work and home life. This opened my eyes to finding my authentic self and managing life in a more positive way. In 2019 I lost my husband of 34 years to a heart attack, what if I had not already had a good foundation and understanding the importance of working through stress and emotions? I would be in a completely different position in my life.
