About me
About me
I earned my Bachelor in psychology because I suffered from depression and anxiety, and I wanted to better understand the mind. Having spent thousands of dollars and hours in talk therapy, etc., I realized this was not the best route to healing. I volunteered for the Canadian Mental Health Association, and TAMI (Talking about Mental illness) doing public speaking in high schools, university, college, school boards and even our regional police. I served on the board for another organization to raise money for mental health help.
