About me
After retiring from the Navy SEALs in 2018, I realized I was still profoundly unfulfilled. It wasn't until I turned inward that I began tapping into the true potential of what it is to be human.
Today, I share the best of what I learned from my career in the SEAL teams combined with my deepest insights of psychedelic medicine use, integration, and meditation.
