About me
About me
I'm a homeschooling and work from home mom. I'm committed to parenting mindfully and having a joyful, trusting and connected relationship with my son. Health and wellness have always been important to me. I practiced massage therapy for several years and in my late 20's spent a year in an ashram in India. I love learning about energy, the brain, child development and emotional intelligence. The Emotion Code has been an invaluable tool to help me move through what seemed like insurmountable challenges when I didn't know what to do or where to start.
