Hello! I’m Donika Hristova, a certified integrative nutrition health coach and ketogenic diet specialist based just outside Washington DC in Northern Virginia. My path to wellness has been deeply personal and transformative. For years, I struggled with weight issues, severe binge eating, and bipolar depression, relying on medications. These challenges sparked my journey of self-discovery and healing, leading me to the incredible power of the ketogenic lifestyle-not just as a diet but as a life-changing therapeutic intervention.
