I am passionate about health, for myself and for my clients! Here's why . . .
I began my journey into wellness as a mom determined to help my own children overcome their sensory & digestive challenges and trying to understand how these were related. It was difficult to get the answers we were looking for in order to address the root cause of their issues.
This led to me study to become a Nutrition Consultant and a Holistic Wellness Counselor.
