About me
About me
I have studied alternative medicine and how diet impacts both psychical and mental/emotional health and am now sharing this approach with thousands of families to help them create a better mindset and perspective on life.
My Philosophy of Care
I have seen the wonders of what changing your diet can do to heal your body. I was most of all convinced when trying to find a cure for my pre-diabetes, obesity, and high cholesterol. Through that challenge I found that when I resolved the so called genetic diseases I relieved myself of other limiting and negative beliefs.
