About me
About me
I am a birth and movement enthusiast residing in Denver, Colorado. Manual chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and functional rehabilitation of the core and pelvic floor system are foundational to my patient's care. I am also a DONA trained birth doula and provide services through my practice to further support women and their families during this sacred time.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy coaching recreational gymnastics, hiking, yoga, and spending time with my fiance, Sean, and our dog, Nala.
