From Medicine to Mountains: A Journey of Faith, Family, and Healing

About me

Born and raised in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, I grew up with a passion for medicine and a desire to care for my family, inspired by my father who was both a doctor and a devoted dad. From a young age, I immersed myself in academics, athletics, and church activities, graduating 11th in my class from L.D. Bell High School in 1996.

I continued my journey at Texas A&M University, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biomedical Science in 2000. My dedication to learning and serving others led me to the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, where I graduated in the top half of my class.

After completing my internship and residency in Family Medicine through East Tennessee State University, I spent a decade working in urgent care before joining Lang Family Medicine in 2016. As a committed member of the American Academy of Environmental Medicine, I have served as Vice President, President, and CME Chairman, in addition to being on the Board of Directors for 9 years.

My passion for holistic healthcare and helping others achieve optimal wellness drives me to provide the best possible care for my patients. I believe in empowering individuals to take control of their health through a combination of traditional medicine, lifestyle changes, and natural remedies.
