About me
About me
I struggled with my hormones. I struggled with severe PMS, migraines, debilitating fatigue, body pain, and allergies for years but I was told nothing was wrong. It was not until Medical School that I understood how these could all be connected through my gut and my stress hormones. Now, at the start of menopause, I am feeling my best and hormone balance has been key. After getting my degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Washington, my passion for health ignited.
