About me
Eric Hughes graduated from Bastyr University with a degree in Naturopathic Medicine in June 2019.
His path to becoming a Naturopathic Doctor first started with the change to own health in college around 2009, in which he consistently listened to podcasts and read about health and nutrition outside of his regular classes. He became a CrossFit coach in 2013, and has continued to work with people of all walks of life in a fitness setting ever since. This experience provided him an outlet to express his passion and desire of health by guiding people through their own journey.
