About me
Hello everyone, my name is Dr. Lauren Turner. Me and my business partner Meeko (therapy dog extraordinaire) are so excited to meet you!
My therapeutic philosophy is that in order to treat mental health, it is not enough to simply treat the mind alone. We are dynamic and multidimensional beings, and it is my belief that we cannot treat the mind without also considering the body and spirit as well. Aside from being a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I am also a 500 hour registered yoga teacher and reiki master, and tend to use a holistic approach to treatment.
