As the founder of Planted in Health, I'm passionate about empowering high-performing women to achieve optimal health and vitality. With a diverse background as an occupational therapist, holistic health coach, functional medicine practitioner, Doctor of Naturopathy, yoga instructor, and mom of six, I bring a unique perspective to help you bridge the gap between conventional and alternative medicine.
