Dr. Serena Goldstein is a Naturopathic Doctor who works significantly with weight concerns, hormone, stress, gut, and mood related concerns, especially when nothing seems to be working or you feel like you’ve ‘tried everything.’ Dr. Serena believes in the body’s innate wisdom to heal as she expertly understands the big picture approach, and helps you navigate through a plan with natural therapies and lifestyle-related care.
Dr. Serena's healing journey began as a teenager, when a gymnastics injury put sports and music on hold, leaving her feeling more than 'just sad.
