About me
I help active, motivated adults feel young, strong, and capable so they can move their bodies with joy and peace.
I struggled with knee pain for years- since high school. It would always come and go, which was incredibly frustrating. I spent so much time and energy being worried and upset- time is too precious for that. It wasn't until I learned what I know now that I was able to fix the root cause of the issue. Now my knee pain stays away. I used to think that I couldn't push my body or else my knee would get so much worse.
