About me
About me
After experiencing ups and downs in my own life, I decided to delve into what makes the mind respond in different ways to different events. In 2009, I attended the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI) in California to become a Certified Hypnotherapist. This began my wonderful journey of helping people overcome obstacles and become the best they can be! In 2019 I completed my certification in the wonderful technique of Havening.
