About me
Hello! I am Eleni, and it is my mission to empower women to live their happiest and healthiest lives. As anyone, life has thrown its share of curveballs at my health. I suffered from digestive and hormonal imbalances for many years thinking life would be like that forever. I am proud to say that through educating myself and following amazing integrative health practitioners, I have empowered myself through holistic health.
