About me
About me
The desire to be a social worker came to me as a young girl during my convalescence from major surgery to correct a congenital defect in my legs. During my extended stay at the hospital, I was exposed to others dealing with their own physical challenges. My heart opened to them with compassion and an overwhelming desire to support and encourage them.
Through my challenges in life I was surrounded by love and my own knowing that life is inherently good. I experienced myself as a student open to its teachings.
