About me
About me
Over the past three decades, Ell Graniel has used her unique benevolent, disarming leadership style to successfully manage people ages five to 75. Her style is gleaned from experience as a fitness leader, health club manager, rehab counselor, oral communications instructor, and fundraising chair. Ell claims her biggest challenges in bridging communication gaps were overcome while coaching softball and leading a summer sports camp program for ten years. Just because you may be an adult, doesn’t mean you communicate like one.
