About me
About me
I have been Life-Coaching for over 40 years. I began my exploration moving through space and finding inner calm and balance. I started teaching my friends, and later worked with autistic and learning disabled children teaching movement and some basic life lessons. Movement and teaching have always called to me, so I became a dance teacher after graduating from college. I loved helping my students connect with their bodies in a creative, more accepting, and loving way. I then expanded my teaching to include guided visualizations and coaching.
