About me
Hi, it's nice to meet you. My name is Emilee. I live in Santa Barbara, California where I own a small Pilates studio and medical fitness facility called The Training Room. My love for helping others started with my own journey through healing from cancer. I was born with cancer. Crazy, right. The childhood cancer I had was called embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma. During this time, my dad took his life. I was only 5 years old. Later, I would find out that I held in a lot of emotional trauma and pain in my body.
