I do therapy the right way. We aren't sitting down to chat over a cup of coffee and catch up about your day. We are here buckle up and really DO THE WORK. I'm talking about the work that it takes to ascend your current situation, evolve, and sustain healing indefinitely.
I don't want a codependent therapeutic relationship for you, one where you come to me every week for the rest of your life. I want you to get results. I want you to heal and move forward so you trust yourself enough to know that you have the answers.
