Hello!
I am a Critical Care nurse turned Nurse Coach. I have been a nurse for 8 years, and recently completed my nurse coaching program this summer (2021). I've never been so excited in my career as I am now to be a coach!!
As I worked at the bedside through Covid-19, and even before, I was witnessed to what I felt was actually "sick" care and not actual health care. Many people, with many preventable illnesses, I heartbreakingly watched lose their battle with this terrible virus. I knew there HAD to be another way.
When I discovered nurse coaching, I was in complete awe.
