With over 20 years of experience as a classroom teacher at the kindergarten and first grade levels, Erin brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding to her mindfulness practice.

Erin's journey into mindfulness began in 2015 at a life-changing professional development workshop. Recognizing the profound benefits of mindfulness for both her personal life and her classroom, she embarked on a deep exploration of the practice. Through extensive training and certification, Erin has become a beacon of mindfulness, guiding others to embrace a happier and healthier way of living.

With a heart-centered approach, Erin is passionate about empowering kids and adults alike to cultivate presence, self-compassion, empathy, and gratitude. She believes that mindfulness is an essential life skill that everyone can benefit from, just like brushing your teeth. Through her teachings, Erin helps individuals learn to love and accept themselves, fostering a more balanced and fulfilling life.
