Each session is customized so your child will gain knowledge and skills in the following areas: Mindful listening, Mindful breathing, Mindful eating, Mindful movement, Mindfulness of emotions, Kind wishes, Gratitude, Understanding the brain, Mindfulness of senses, Compassion for oneself and other. Each private class session includes: check-in, instruction, mindfulness practice, reflection questions, and an at home component.
