My aunt recommended Erin’s services to me. We had a lot of discussions about how anxiety and day to stress affects us personally. Then our conversations transitioned into mindfulness being something we could do with my sister as well. We both thought it would be a nice group activity for our family. My time with Erin has been both reflective and relaxing. She provides an open space to learn and talk. It’s also a good transition out of work into a relaxing evening. I have taken away a lot of tools that I can easily use in my day to day to not only practice mindfulness, but also sort of reign in my stress. I am now able to pull out tools at the drop of hat when I need to. Since working with Erin, I have a general awareness of when I’m not focused on what I’m doing. For instance, when my brain is too caught up from jumping from one thing to the next and I’m not really processing what I’m completing. Now, I can step back and take a minute to recenter myself and take stock in how I’m feeling and what I’m doing. This allows me to just focus on one thing at a time. I found that before mindfulness, I would get into a spot where I was thinking about eight different tasks at once, and not doing any of them quickly or completely. A big thing I’ve realized is that I’m so much better off focusing on the one task and being much more present. I would recommend Erin’s services. Not everything is for everybody, but I can’t imagine what complaints someone would have if they just gave it a try honestly.
I booked a mindfulness session for my sixteen year old daughter and will be signing myself up as well soon. She like many teens, is struggling with the changes the pandemic has brought on and I felt so comfortable knowing she could get tips from an empathic wonderful person like Erin. I met her as one of my clients but did think twice when booking a one on one with my only child. She really enjoyed her session and really liked Erin. My daughter is resistant to spiritual advice from me so I knew she would be way more likely to listen to someone as awesome as Erin. I can't wait to book my session too!

I have enjoyed our sessions and Grayson has enjoyed the kids sessions as well. I have found them to be beneficial in both of our lives. He practices his breathing on his hands which-is something he told me he learned from you- and he taught me how to do it! I am definitely interested in adult group sessions and children’s group sessions in the coming year. Please keep me updated on when these are available! Happy Holidays!
Erin is absolutely amazing! We were first met her when she was my oldest child's first grade teacher. She was the first person to help him learn to manage his ADHD associated anxiety by using mindfulness techniques. A few years later we were lucky enough for our second child to be placed in her Kindergarten class where she incorporated mindfulness into her everyday lessons. 3 years later, after the pandemic hit, we reached out to her again when our children were both showing signs of increased anxiety and were feeling lost. She has been instrumental in helping them find their grounding and they LOVE meeting with her! My kids look forward to their meetings every week!
Last winter we had our daughter meet with Erin for meditation, centering, and breathing...and then the pandemic struck and we were all stuck in the house together! We're so happy that our daughter learned techniques from Erin that could help her not only manage her feelings, but begin to understand more deeply events and contexts that trigger feelings of anxiety and how to regain control over one's own self through breathing and meditation. Erin's been amazing for our daughter!
I took Erin’s Mindfulness meditation sessions and so happy I did! She has such a great way of educating you on elements of meditation and walking you through different types of a meditation practices. She creates such a warm and calm environment to learn and grow. I highly recommend Erin in any capacity if you are looking to learn more about mindfulness, meditation and how to incorporate into your daily life.
I have used Erin for mindfulness lessons for both myself and my son who has anxiety and ADHD. We could not be more happy with what she has done for our family, both pre-pandemic and currently. She definitely has a naturally calm and gentle way of teaching mindfulness that just stops you in your tracks and makes you forget about everything else. I was amazed at how perfectly she prepared each new lesson based on what we had talked about in previous lessons. She really tailored every lesson to our needs, showing she clearly listens and cares! Our whole family now incorporates mindfulness in to each day in some way thanks to her! We HIGHLY recommend her!

Erin has been an amazing resource for our family. Erin is great at what she teaches and lives by! Benjamin my son came into kindergarten with 10 hours of weekly preschool experience. She definitely impacted Ben in his practice of mindful breathes and self love in moments of educational learning frustration. He showed tremendous effort and growth in his learning through combined effort and carries mindful practice with him to this day! I’m am very happy Ben got his start to his educational journey with Mrs. O’ Connor!
I highly recommend Erin's mindfulness classes. I'm a busy mom, working full-time and parenting two teenagers, so finding time and space for self care is a bit challenging at times. Erin's mindfulness sessions have been inspiring, enjoyable, and calming all at the same time! Best of all I've learned some techniques that help me become more calm and focused in those stressful moments with the kids. I look forward to continued mindfulness learning and practice with Erin.
I highly recommend Erin's classes. They are always very thoughtful, insightful and inspiring. From her teachings I have learned the importance of finding my center and remaining present in this ever changing world.
Erin has helped our son tremendously! Through her practice he has learned to use breathing techniques to calm his feeling. He has also used them to help him fall asleep without one of us laying with him and this was huge!! We would spend many nights laying with him for 30+ minutes. Now he fall asleep on his own after we do some breathing techniques together. He also teaches his little brother how to do them too. We love our time with Erin and highly recommend her! :)
