About me
The human experience is more than our behaviors and patterns. The bulk of it, is our inner knowing seen through the lens that we view the world. Often that inner voice, the part of us that makes us uniquely ourselves, can get lost when we experience trauma, transitions, fear, doubt, anxiety, loss as well as triumph, new chapters, and dreams coming true. My approach to therapy is uncovering that inner voice that guides us towards what we want, what we believe is right, and towards any healing that may need to be done.
