About me
About me
I am a bodywork practitioner, somatic coach, and Presence in Healing Teacher. I offer experiences that support change and promote vitality.
Since 1999 the core of my work has been accessing the wisdom of the body, primarily through hands on healing and the language of touch, and also through movement, mindfulness, introspection and meditation. All of these paths are an invitation to connect deeply with ourselves. Over the course of developing my practice I have had the good fortune to train with a number of gifted teachers and healers.
