About me
I have been studying well being coaching for the last 12 years. I also studied effective none violent communication for twenty three years. This helped me be more focused on taking care of myself my family and my clients. I traveled the world and connected with people from all different backgrounds. A sense of interconnectedness has matured in me while immersing into various cultures .
