About me
About me
I began my journey of personal growth from a young age, starting meditation around age 12, but being fascinated with human potential even earlier. From college onward, my studies included many traditional and non-traditional routes. I graduated with a BA in English with a concentration in science, religion and philosophy. I received an MS in Education from Canisius College. During Grad School, I would work at a holistic shop on the weekends.
